Creating Change Together

Our cooperation with the start-up Valuedesk

Together with Valuedesk, we want to optimize costs running into millions over the next two and a half years. We would like to achieve this by raising awareness as well as personal and methodological development of our colleagues and by networking with our most important suppliers.

At the heart of the project is the introduction and establishment of the intuitively usable value desk dashboard, a systematic procedure for identifying and processing savings potential. The next step: the further training and support of employees from various areas.

What we appreciate about the cooperation
with Valuedesk

“Change means transforming our knowledge into the future. To achieve this, we must consistently optimize business models that are worth preserving and invest the resulting savings in the development of new business models. Both must be done quickly and become part of our future culture as a process. With the makers of Valuedesk we have an innovative and very committed partner who motivates, dynamizes, and inspires us. In an open and confidential collaboration at eye level, which is only possible with the mindset of start-ups, our change is much faster and more targeted, as we are constantly questioned and alternative paths are shown to us.“
